hihihihi! merry christmas!
touched ground at 11.50pm yesterday, just 10 mins to xmas!
heheh :) ive been away for so long!
past few days were spent in vietnam hanoi which was fun coz of my cousins but boring otherwise.
shopping wise, didnt really buy alot, i think singapore has much better stuff!!
unless u want the imitation adidas blahblah..
got a pair of shoes, a guess bag, 2 tops and lotsa jewelry to distribute. hohoh.
first come first serve basis :)))

first day in hanoi was spent visiting a museum (YAWN) and a cyclo ride thru the oldquarters of hanoi!
THE CYCLO RIDE WAS INSANE I TELL YOU.
the traffic in hanoi is madness. there are no road dividers/directions or street names or whatever.
and pple just chiong here and there in whatever direction they want, honking all the way.
and like 90% of them zip around in motorcycles which use diesel, so you can imagine the pollution!!!
and the noise!!
my trishaw man was crazy la he just anyhow chiong here and there, kept making me think i was gonna crash ok!
but it was super cool :D

i kinda forgot what happened over the next few days, but we went to see hochiminh's body (YES A REAL DEAD BODY) HOW FREAKY!
i was quite scared and my 14 yr old cousin kept telling me hes dead i shdnt be scared.
shucks.
anw walked like damn far just to see the guy and when we got in it was like barely 5 mins just walk some box thingy and he looked quite waxy/plasticky.
i think they preserved him too many times already.
and anw if they used a wax figure we wouldn't even know the difference right?
visited the place that hochiminh used to live in, and the most interesting thing was this:

went on a sampan ride where my mom got ripped of 15 us dollars coz the woman pressurised her to buy a table cloth which she claimed she made herself.
later on in the trip, we saw the exact same piece in a touristy silk shop. HMMMMM.
*wonders* anw 15 us is prob what they earn in a month so the woman was laughing all the way after getting the money. sigh.

went to this place called ha long bay whcih was blardy 3 hrs bus ride!
i felt so sick on the bus coz the stupid guy switched off the aircon!
RAR. save fuel also dont need to save until make me die right?
it was slightly cold in hanoi but not so cold until cannot on aircon in the bus!
the highlight of that trip to ha long bay was the 4 hr cruise!
WHICH WAS SO PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN!
stopped at some cave which was discovered in 1993 (damn recent la)
and its got such a human touch to it... not very interesting.
and some guy fell down and hit his head. poor thing.
the most exciting thing abt the cave was the climbing down part coz the stairs were like SUPER uneven rocks!
seafood lunch onboard the cruise which was mighty goooood :)))
hehe.
food on tour is always good :)

then i flew back to bangkok from hanoi and from bangkok to sing.
which explains why i came back so late.
took budget airlines all the way.... it sucks badly.
the safety part is the same, but the service sucks.
and they sell maggie mee and milo on the plane wth?!?!
pay like 2.50 sing for cupnoodles??
exchange rate for vietnam currency was like 10, 000 to 1 sing dollar!!
so we were all millionaires.
esp when you do the conversion everything becomes bloody cheap.

and today, lazed around the whole morning then went shopping with none other than....
FRANK CHIN!
HAHAHA. yes i can hear huiqi and jasmine going ooh so scandalous!
we are damn scandalous la.
bought xmas present for him and myself :D hehe. and some others :)))
hope everyone likes what i got themm :)
ran into ronson who said... ya we are scandalous.
but whateverrrr. i was so happy shopping and buying stuff for pple :))
hehes. now to get my nails done!
got a pair of brown pants from zara and im having them altered so i only can collect them on the 1st! wow. and a top from heeren which frank said was horrible but it hides my tummy soooo :)))
