yesterday was so yummilicious. its damn early in the morning for a post dont you think?fourth last day of school. went with ong and ron to candy empire to get her sis' birthday present.
the place is quite cool la altho it mostly looks like an australian super market with all the starbursts.
ong bot like 30 bucks worth of candy.
and then ron wanted to eat his bibimbap which looked damn good! i wanna try it someday soon!
baby met us along the way and home we went.
napped for like 1 hr before we had dinner!

after that we walked to paragon and along the way there was this camera shop at lucky plaza!
the cameras there are so bloody cheap!
fujifilm z1 : 360
fujifilm z2 : 380!
w50 : 393. or was it 373 i cant rmb
sony t10 : 525! AND IT COMES ALONG WITH ALL THE SO CALLED FREE STUFF THAT SONY GIVES. which is actually in the box with the camera already so it isn't considered free.
ong and yish, feel ripped off now??
chanced upon another store selling cams (the whole of lucky plaza sells cams i bet)
and the prices were even more amazing. but the guy was just quoting off his fingertips and totally uninterested in my questions so i donno how accurate this is.
sony t10 : 499 (ONG BEAT THAT)
but the fujifilm and w50 are more expensive.
anyway the guy in the first shop provided really good service, ie he told me that out of the 3 cams (t10, w50 and fujifilm z2) fujifilm z2 is the best camera.
he showed us some pics that he'd taken in china of the z2 and its pretty darn good!
altho its only 5 meg pix for about the same price as the 6 meg pix w50!
but those were the outside shops and i really think i shd go inside and explore somemore.
usually the outside shops stuff are more ex.
hehe. damn excited now! yay!
and when babycat saw that there was a black fujifilm z2, he was like "ok, this is a sign that we shd really get that"
still considering tho, the fujifilm has a macro range of 8 cm (DAMN LOUSY) while the w50's one is only 2 cm!
gosh thats alot of difference.
but the fujifilm makes up for it with its wider angle (36cm) compared to w50's (38cm). the smaller the cm the better the angle.
shit i sound like some camera freak.
and btw ong, we asked sony gallery and t10 comes with 15 month warranty, which is prob the same as the one the shop offered.
so no diff in quality/warranty/free stuff, but for a price that is more than 70 bucks over!
hmmm. maybe i should get the t10. heh.
oh yes. went bakers inn after that for dessert!
