today was i am very hungry day.
in the morning i lazed around in bed from 9+ to 12, waiting for babycat to bring my fave black carrot cake with lotsa taugay.
and in return, i made him honey wings...
which got burnt cos i set the timer for too long.
oh well, he eats almost everything :) isn't that what boyfriends and husbands are for?
rushed out for the bausch and lomb training session and we were late by 10 mins.
turns out, the trainer herself was late by 45 mins!!!!
all the pple in the room thot it was to test our patience!! and one guy even picked up the phone and there was someone on the other hand!!!
in his haste he started pressing other numbers but all we heard was more pple talking on the other line.
so someone asked him to hang up (DUH RIGHT! dumb shit la) and the room grew calm :D
training was interesting.
did you know that long sightedness (cannot see near) and presbyopia (lao hua) are NOT the same thing?
long sightedness is caused by your eye becoming narrower and therefore light cannot be refracted to the correct spot, while lao hua is caused by... well, old age la.
anyway the guy said nobody can escape presbyopia which is quite scary.
its a matter of when you get it... hmm i think my mom has it but she doesn't wanna admit it.
anyway! time for abit of promotion!

which cater to people with astigmatism.
btw, astigmatism is neither longsightedness nor shortsightedness, if you have it it means you cant see both near and far and images are often distorted.
eg you see 3 as 8. (yeah everybody knows that)
toric lenses are good cos they are very stable, meaning when you blink blink blink, the contact lenses shift, but they shift back very quickly to their original positions!
ooh how exciting! (sense the sarcasm?)
anyway the point of having stable lenses for astig pple is because astig pple tend to see things in a sideway manner.
according to the trainer it can be from 10 degrees to 180 degrees!
imagine seeing the world UPSIDE DOWN! SO FREAKY RIGHT!
so get bausch and lomb's toric lenses!!!!!
the last three types are soft lens, mainly for correcting myopia!
yup. ask me abt the last three.

oh btw, they're not selling contact lens solution anymore (rmb the newspaper article abt how it causes blindness?)
and their CONTACT LENSES ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THE SOLUTION!
